This course will review the latest enhancements to My Starkey, features available through the mobile app, and how to implement these features with your patients.

Pro Fit is Starkey’s professional fitting software for our current product portfolios. This course will discuss the Pro Fit software and break down how best to navigate through the three fitting session types. Connecting devices, completing the Minute Fit process, and the basics of fine-tuning will also be discussed.

Starkey has completely reimagined the modern hearing aid with Genesis AI, our latest innovation in hearing technology. This course will provide an overview of both the new and improved sound quality features within Genesis AI.

Edge Mode+ is Starkey’s second generation, industry-unique, extra gear of adaptation that puts the power of artificial intelligence at your patient’s fingertips for next-level performance in the most challenging listening environments. This course will provide an overview of Edge Mode+ and discuss the many benefits it can provide.

Pro Fit is Starkey’s professional fitting software for our current product portfolios. This course will examine advanced fitting tools and strategies to maximize patient outcomes with Starkey hearing aids. Troubleshooting basics will also be covered in this course.

This session provides an overview of the latest advancements to Starkey’s Genesis AI family of hearing aids, including updates to signal processing and healthable features. The custom product styles have also expanded, because patients demand a personalized fit and every ear is unique and deserves the best-fitting and best-sounding hearing aid.
