After 18 years of private practice ownership, in 1994 Dr. Foltner was one of the first to sell a highly successful audiology practice.  She went on to secure equal success as a corporate executive at Sonus, HearPO, and most recently, as CEO of AuDNet, Inc.   Dr. Foltner has worked with many large organizations, but her passion is providing guidance to small business persons and audiologists in private practice, which she continues through Foltner Consulting, LLC and AuDNet, Inc.

Dr. Foltner has a Master’s degree in audiology from Michigan State University, and an Au.D. from PA College of Optometry-School of Audiology.  She has been a speaker at professional meetings for 25 years and authored numerous professional and business articles, chapters, and a book “Success is A Decision of the Mind”.  Dr. Foltner inspires people to achieve their dreams and provides quality tools to assist in that process by offering methods that add value o business, to career, and to life. Her approach is logical, practical, and results driven.
