Jessica DeFauw’s 15-year history in the hearing care profession includes a diverse mix of sales, marketing, and management roles. She has assisted hundreds of practices in implementing business and marketing strategies to support long-term growth. Her particular areas of focus include consultative sales training, online marketing and social media, and practice management software systems. She has been published in various professional journals and presented at many state and national conferences. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and a Master of Science degree in Audiology from Vanderbilt University. She also served as a dispensing audiologist at a private practice in Clarksville, Tennessee.
