With 27 years experience in the field of Audiology, Dr. Vicki Hamill has been with HearUSA for 15 years and in her present position as Director of Quality Management for 10 years. She is accountable for appropriate patient outcomes through implementation of good clinical processes and established levels of professional competency and oversees Customer Service, Credentialing, and Quality Improvement services. Prior to joining HearUSA, Dr. Hamill provided a wide range of clinical and dispensing Audiology services in several medical facilities. She holds the MS in Audiology from the Callier Center/University of Texas-Dallas, an MBA from Rutgers University, and the Au.D from the Arizona School of Health Sciences.
