Course Abstract

This course will provide a review of Phonak's various CROS solutions and how each specific CROS solution can be used to meet their client's needs. The entire portfolio of CROS solutions will be reviewed including Phonak CROS, Phonak CROS 312, Phonak CROS H2O and Phonak CROS 13.

Paul J. Kreimer, MA, CCC-A

Educational Trainer for Indiana and Michigan

Paul Kreimer is an Educational Trainer for Indiana and Michigan.  He recently joined the Phonak team in 2009.  His primary responsibility is for customer training of Phonak hearing aid technology.  Paul received his M.A. in Audiology from Indiana University in 1998 and B.S. in Audiology and Speech Sciences from Purdue University.  His previous work experience includes diagnostic audiological evaluations, vestibular testing, and hearing aid dispensing to pediatric and geriatric populations in various medical settings.
