Course Abstract

This course will provide troubleshooting tips for some of the most common client feedback found when fitting hearing instruments in Phonak Target. Adjustments for sound quality will be reviewed as well as how to set up advanced features such as ZoomControl and DuoPhone.

Participants will be able to explain how to address specific client feedback related to sound quality through the Phonak Target fitting software.
Participants will be able to describe when to implement specific manual programs for specific client feedback.
Participants will be able to explain how to set up advanced features such as ZoomControl and DuoPhone.
