Course Abstract

This course will discuss the most commonly asked troubleshooting questions that arise when working with Solus Pro software, Beltone hearing instruments and Direct Line Accessories. It will provide tips for programming and working with the various wireless accessories we offer.

Tobi Ferrence, MS

Professional Trainer

Tobi Ferrence is currently working as a Professional Trainer for Beltone Electronics.  Prior to taking this position, she worked as a Consumer Outreach Audiologist for GN ReSound for five and a half years.  Tobi received her B.S. degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology at West Virginia University and her M.S. in Audiology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.  In addition to her work for Beltone and GN ReSound, Tobi also worked clinically for nine and a half years.  She worked for two different ENT clinics and a private practice dispensing office. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology and is a state licensed audiologist.  Tobi is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
