This course will review the terminology and procedures associated with probe-mic measures, and will then review how these measures can be used to assess gain, output, and the special features of modern hearing aids.

Course Objectives
- As a result of this activity, participants will be able to describe the eight different verification measures associated with probe-mic assessment
- As a result of this activity, participants will be able to describe how both REIG and REAR can used to verify hearing aid performance, and the effects of the input signal on these measures.
- As a result of this activity, participants will be able to describe how probe-mic testing can be used to evaluate directional technology, digital noise reduction and other special features.
