Digital assistive listening devices for preschool
There is a high level of noise in preschool. The large amount of background noise is amplified by hearing aids, which makes it difficult for children with a a hearing loss to understand and participate. But with the right assistive listening device, a child with a hearing loss can participate in lessons and play on the same terms as his or her classmates who have normal hearing.

Digital assistive listening devices for elementary school
At elementary school the need to understand and be able to work with others grows as each year goes by. At the same time, the sound environment of a school is often demanding, particularly for pupils with a hearing loss. The many different background noises are amplified by hearing aids, making it harder to keep up during lessons.

Assistive listening devices for high school and college
In high school and at college or university, motivation and commitment are needed. These are driving forces that are often engendered by social interaction and participation. But for someone with a hearing loss, it can be difficult to feel as though you are taking part, particularly in environments where there are lots of people and a lot of background noise.

Assistive listening devices for conversing and informal meetings
With a microphone and receiver from Comfort Audio, you can have a dialog at work on completely new terms. The digital technology enhances speech and filters out disturbing background noise before it reaches your hearing aid.

Assistive listening devices for meetings and presentations
In meetings and presentations, assistive listening devices are often needed to ensure a person with a hearing loss can clearly grasp what is being said. Usually, a hearing aid is not enough. This is because the situation is complex, as the people who are talking are spread around the room. Another reason is that hearing aids amplify all sound, including disturbing background noise.

Comfort Digisystem at work
In many workplaces the noise levels are high, with different kinds of background noise. This creates problems for people who suffer from a hearing loss. The background noise is amplified by a hearing aid, which makes it difficult to remain attentive and participate. The price you pay for this demanding noise environment at work is fatigue and tension headaches. With the right assistive listening device, the fact that you have a hearing loss no longer has to be an obstacle for you at work.

Being able to hear well at school is important both for learning and social interaction. But for a pupil with a hearing loss, hearing what teachers and classmates are saying can be difficult -- even with a hearing aid. A school environment is noisy, with a lot of disturbing background noise, making it difficult to keep up with the lesson or take part in group work, for instance. With Comfort Digisystem the sound becomes crystal clear.
