2005-Current Audiologist, Park Nicollet Clinic

Clinical audiology in a multi-disciplinary setting which includes hearing aid fittings and diagnostic audiology.

2002-2005 Product Manager/Training and Education Manager, Bernafon,Inc.-

Responsible for U.S. product introduction and management of information between Bern Switzerland and the U.S. sales team including: sales, production, technical support, marketing and management. Monitored and assisted with production quality audits. Training and trouble shooting support provided to internal staff and customers. CEU administrator.

1993-2002 Starkey Laboratories

Audiologist/Product Manager, Qualitone 1999-2002

Liason between Starkey development, marketing teams and Qualitone, for new product introduction, and support. Copywriter for Qualitone marketing literature. Developed and executed internal and external customer training programs. Assisted production with process development to improve quality and ‘turn around time’. Supervised customer service department.

Research Audiologist, Advanced Research Department, 1996-1999

Created and executed a comprehensive research subject management program. Wrote software specifications and designed graphical user interface screens for research and commercial software. Provided complete diagnostic and rehabilitative audiological services in a seven county regional hospital and ENT office including hearing aid dispensing and inter-operative monitoring. . Developed an industrial hearing conservation program.
