- Participants of this course will be able to identify strategies to overcome some of the common patient issues when using the Vivatone Entre product line.
- Upon completing this course participants will be able to choose the proper fitting targets based on patient experience level when working with the Vivatone entre products.
- Participants will be able to program the use of cardioid, supercardioid and hypercardioid polar plots to be the most useful for their patients.

Western Region Audiologist
Sarah Smith, M.A., FAAA is the Senior Field Audiologist for Vivatone Hearing Systems. Prior to joining Vivatone Sarah has worked in a private practice, a Neuro-Otology office and a large medical facility as an Audiologist. She specializes in hearing aid technology and hearing loss diagnostics and has experience working with cochlear implants, implantable hearing aids and vestibular diagnostics. By the end of 2008 Sarah will complete her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.).
