Micro-Tech's Directional Speech Detector helps your patients hear better in noise. Utilizing multiple measurements and a heirarchy of switching rules, it aims to ease the stress of communication in noisy environments automatically.

Joilyn Bush
AuD
Joilyn Bush joined Micro-Tech Education and Training Department in June 2008. Her focus with Micro-Tech is consumer education through live regional courses throughout the U.S., AO courses, and customer support. Joilyn received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. After completing her Masters she went to work at an ENT practice in Clarksburg, WV. In May 2000, Dr. Bush completed her Au.D. with the University of Florida. For four years following her Au.D. completion, Dr. Bush served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery Division of Otolaryngology and Director of Communicative Disorders for Chandler Medical Center at the University of Kentucky. Following that, she went back into the private sector in Port Richey, Florida and worked at a large ENT practice with multiple offices. Throughout all of these environments, she developed a great deal of experience dispensing hearing instruments.
