- Participants will be able to explain how to connect hearing instruments using the Noahlink Wireless interface and find the connection assistance tool or change the interface when needed.
- Participants will be able to name 2 adjustments that can be made in each of the Gain adjustment, Advanced Features, Environmental Optimizer and Device Controls tabs.
- Participants will be able to explain how to perform an initial programming session on the ReSound hearing instruments and identify 2 areas where help guides may be found.

Sr. Consumer Outreach Audiologist
Dr. Kate Pick holds a Doctor of Audiology degree from Gallaudet University in Washington, DC. She is a nationally certified audiologist by the American Speech and Hearing Association and is licensed in the state of Maryland. Dr. Pick has over 18 years of experience in the field. Prior to joining ReSound over 11 years ago, she worked in various clinical settings including fast-paced hospital clinics and a non-profit speech and hearing center caring for patients of all ages. She has experience working with all styles and levels of digital technology as well as cochlear implants, bone-anchored hearing solutions and educational assistive listening devices. Currently, she is the Pediatric Account Manager for ReSound.
