Objective verification is an important component of the Total Care Plus process, and is considered a best practice by IHS, AAA and ASHA. In this class we will discuss three options for verification using Unity 2 and 3 systems from which providers may choose. Detailed handouts with step-by-step instructions will be distributed of all three techniques. Proper documentation of verification will be discussed. HearUSA providers receive little information regarding other vendors’ products and features. This class is intended to provide our hearing professionals with some of this important information.
