Working with children with hearing loss requires a team effort with one person in the lead; the case manager will change depending on the status of the child. The case manager is in charge of monitoring all aspects of the child's development including attainment of age appropriate outcomes and also of sustaining the child's developmental momentum from infancy throughout the school years.
