Easterseals Center for Better Hearing is looking for an Audiologist to join our team on a full-time basis! The ideal candidate will be an energetic, self-starting provider who is seeking a role in a collaborative working environment devoted to providing high quality patient care. The candidate will work at both our Waterbury office and nearby Meriden office.
We are looking for the perfect fit to our team which is why we are also offering a $5000 sign on/relocation bonus!
Responsibilities:
Our patients seek assessment and assistance through the following:
- Diagnostic audiology evaluations for patient age range (pediatric – geriatric).
- Determine the need and make appropriate referrals/recommendations to medical, therapeutic, vocational and/or educational professionals.
- Hearing aid selection and fitting, counseling and aural rehabilitation
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Audiology required. Doctorate in Audiology preferred.
- Holds or is eligible for Licensure in Connecticut.
- Minimum of two years in practice preferred.
- Experience in pediatric and difficult to test populations.
- Hearing aid sales and service.
- Cochlear implant and osseointergrated devices.
- Strong Computer Skills.
- Spanish speaking a plus.
