Imagine a position that allows you to treat patients by day and walk the beach by night in a town known as the “Nation’s Summer Capital.” Living in Lewes, Delaware, a small town with big city amenities, allows you to feel like you’re on vacation every day with access to beach resorts, well-groomed trails, fine restaurants, and resident-owned boutiques--all within walking distance. A few short miles down the road you’ll find Rehoboth Beach, a thriving beach town featuring the iconic Rehoboth Beach Bandstand, an outdoor music and entertainment venue featuring concerts every weekend throughout summer. After the concert, you can check out Cape Henlopen State Park or Delaware Seashore State Park, both nearby and offering hiking/biking trails, fishing, playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, and beach access.
