Starkey is looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented Account Executive who is hungry to succeed and drive positive results for the customers they support. You will be responsible for the growth of gross sales, revenue, and average selling price of the assigned territory through creating long-term customer relationships and satisfaction. Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of medical device sales experience required,
    • Hearing aid industry field experience preferred

Our account executive will:

  • Perform consistently in the following measured core areas:
    • Increase unit growth in assigned territory
    • Increase revenue growth in assigned territory
    • Manage performance to Average Sales Price
  • Create and nurture customer relationships; identify needs and opportunities to help customers meet their business goals
  • Schedule regular office visits with customers to conduct discovery interviews and uncover needs for improving their business and developing plans for implementation
  • Keep up to date and educated on new products and services to provide solutions for customers’ needs
  • Attend and actively participate in all customer events and classes
  • Promote and invite customers to classes, regionals, Expo, and other Starkey events (attend and present at local customer events)
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and be an active and supportive team member

Additional details:

  • Must be able to travel 50 - 75% based on territory needs
  • Need to have a strong computer foundation with the ability to multi-task between multiple applications
