We are offering the right professional the exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at our Herculaneum, Missouri location. In private practice you are able to maintain your autonomy as well as help patients in a supportive team setting.

· 8 Beautiful office locations across Northern and Southeastern Missouri
· 4 doctors of Audiology, 9 Hearing Instrument Specialists
· Dynamic support staff including Audiology Technicians
· Adult hearing evaluations
· Tinnitus treatment
· Hearing aid recommendations and fittings verified with REM
· Hearing aid repairs, checks and cleanings
· Aural rehabilitation
· Cerumen management
· Custom hearing protection
Position Overview:
This is a full-time position as the audiologist in our Herculaneum location. The Audiologist administers diagnostic audiometric tests, counsels, and educates patients on hearing loss and treatment options, performs outcome measures for fitting verification and maintains patient contact.
Responsibilities will include:
· Perform diagnostic exams for adult populations.
· Select and fit appropriate amplification using best practices.
· Perform hearing aid checks, troubleshooting, repairs, and cleanings.
· Make hearing healthcare recommendations to physicians, patients, and family members.
· Organize and track hearing aid new and repair orders.
· Coordinate patient care with local health care professionals by returning phone calls and reaching out as needed.
· Perform outreach, marketing, and community education seminars as required.
Qualifications:
· Au.D. preferred, will consider Master’s Degree in Audiology
· Licensed in Missouri, or the ability to obtain Missouri license prior to hire date
· Excellent interpersonal skills, to include listening and problem solving
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to be self-directed and work independently
· The ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients
· The ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
· Strong compassion, care, and respect for patients
Compensation and Benefits:
· $60,000 base salary plus generous performance-based incentive plan
