Dispensing Audiologist

Biggert's Hearing Instruments has been proudly serving Hendersonville, North Carolina and it's surrounding areas since 2000, providing expert personalized hearing care. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Dispensing Audiologist (part-time considered) to join our team and help us continue our mission of improving lives through better hearing. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a patient-focused environment, with a loyal patient base and strong community trust, all in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. 

Responsibilites:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluations
• Dispense, fit, and program hearing aids and assistive listening devices
• Counsel patients and families on hearing loss, hearing aids and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Collaborate with physicians and hearing care providers as needed

Qualifications:

• Au.D. or Master's degree in Audiology
• North Carolina Audiology License is required 
• For Master's-level audiologist, a North Carolina Hearing Aid Dispensing License is also required
• Professional certification preferred
• Experience with hearing aid dispensing is preferred (new graduates are welcomed)
• Strong communication skills and a patient first approach
