Are you looking to make a difference?  Join our non-profit organization where the focus is on service, not sales.  You will work in a collaborative environment with other audiologists, medical providers and health care technicians to improve lives through diagnostic and dispensing audiology.  Overnight travel is required, up to one overnight trip per week.  A company-leased vehicle is provided for travel/work purposes.

As a Program Audiologist with the Albuquerque Area Indian Health Board, you will have the opportunity to see unique parts of New Mexico and Colorado and experience vibrant cultures as you serve Native American communities.  Albuquerque is close to many attractions including Santa Fe and Taos ski areas, hiking trails, natural hot springs and impressive historical sites.  Albuquerque is also home to the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, the largest hot air balloon event in the world.

Qualifications:

Due to the nature of this position, at least two years' post-graduate experience is required.

  • AuD preferred, but Master's level with ASHA certification will be considered.
  • Diagnostic and dispensing experience with all ages, pediatric through geriatric populations.
  • New Mexico licensure or eligibility.
  • Ability to pass Federal* pre-employment fingerprint and background check and possess a clean driving record. (*Note that this is not a Federal position).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain medical staff clinical privileges.

We provide a competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, vision and life insurance; generous vacation, holiday and sick leave policies; 403(b) retirement plan; vehicle for work use; support for professional licensure and development; and more!
