    We are seeking to add a Field Sales Representative to increase sales and provide superb customer service to customers covering Utah, Idaho and Western Montana. This position is responsible for building and growing customer partnerships, increasing the percent of contribution margin, digital product mix percent, and the total number of units purchased by each account over the previous year. Grow the territory market share percent and increase the net sales revenue. This position will also be responsible for troubleshooting problem fittings.

    You Will:

    • Cultivate client relationships, actively utilizing new approaches for development of current and new business referrals
    • Provide in-office assistance on current Starkey technology and fitting software
    • Provide Business Development Solutions to customers on best practice approaches to ensure healthy and stabilized business operations. Business development activities including but not limited to: business plans, helping to organize back office activities, office management tools, marketing plans, establishing pricing for the customers market
    • Develop individual hands on software training protocols for clients in their office as well as on-line training to existing and new client’s accounts through the use of web-based software
    • Work with regional sales team to improve communication and increase units and profitability of the territory

    You Will Need:

    • Education: Doctor of Audiology preferred. HIS certification considered.
    • Ability to communicate company core values. The Human Touch: Better Today Than Yesterday, Better Tomorrow Than Today
    • Ability to travel 70% of the time
    • Ability to operate equipment Starkey makes available to customers
