Responsibilities
Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, gathering pertinent medical history, and performing a thorough examination (done on both adult and pediatric patients).
Make recommendations to clients based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
Maintain and repair devices from a variety of manufacturers.
Establish rapport and create professional relationships with patients to create repeat and referral business.
Fit clients with devices that best suit their needs and verify the fit via Real Ear measures.
Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Be committed to excellent follow-up care to patients and their devices.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess:
Excellent customer service and communication (spoken and written) skills
Ability to adapt and problem solve
Commitment to continued education
Understanding and commitment to providing outstanding patient care and superior customer service, as well as always maintaining integrity, honesty, and respect for both our patients and staff members
Ability to work independently
Experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing required
Licensure
Must have Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology degree as required by the state of Wisconsin
Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in the state of Wisconsin is required
Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in the state of Wisconsin
