In this course, Philips will review the HearSuite software and how to achieve first fit success. The course will then introduce new features found within the most recent software update, such as updates to the proprietary fitting rationale, and a more personalized member experience with new data logging tools.

Sarah is the Audiology Education and Training Manager with Philips Hearing Solutions and is responsible for ongoing education, training, and course development. She received her Master’s degree in Audiology from Northwestern University and her Au.D. from Salus University. Sarah has worked in a number of clinical settings including hospitals, ENT offices and private practice. She has also worked as a facillitator for the state of Georgia Newborn Hearing Screening Program and assisted in the education of various groups regarding audiology practices and protocols.
