I appreciated learning that 25% children with a mild UHL present with speech and language difficulties. So many professionals working with this population assume they will be fine and after hearing these research findings we can see they will not always be fine.

Excellent content and topic, however presenter spoke very quickly making it somewhat challenging to follow! Maybe giving presenter more time instead of having it as a 30 minute course? Appears to be very knowledgable on topic.

I would have liked her to go a little slower, but the content was great! I am an early-intervention audiologist and it always feels like such a battle to get clinical audiologists and pediatric ENTs to do anything to help young children with SSD. Please keep spreading the message that amplification is important for these kids and the earlier the better.

I had difficulty following because she spoke so quickly and the information seemed a little disjointed in its presentation. I appreciate the studies given and do feel I could learn a great deal from her, however, the amount of time she had to present this information seemed stunted. Also, I would have enjoyed more in depth discussions of the BAHA and CI and why one might be chosen over the other for SSD.
