Micro-Tech Hearing Instruments, Plymouth, Minn., announces the promotion of Lisa Kagel to National Sales Manager. Lisa graduated from the Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa with a double major in Marketing and Psychology. Lisa has been with Micro-Tech for eight years, beginning as an Account Representative. She has subsequently been promoted to the positions of Regional Sales Manager, Divisional Sales Manager, and most recently, National Sales Manager. Lisa now oversees five regional territories of sales staff, attends regional training seminars, and works with each territory on strategic planning techniques.
