Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Audiologist (AuD.) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to best practices, values patient education, and thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic audiologic evaluations
- Develop treatment plans and make recommendations and establish realistic expectations with patient’s needs.
- Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, follow ups, and troubleshooting with a variety of hearing aid manufacturers.
- Maintain all clinical records and reports congruent with clinic protocols and standards, including HIPAA.
- Stay up to date on changes in the field of audiology.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Treating adults
- Community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- AuD. preferred, a master’s degree in Audiology acceptable.
- NJ state license or ability to acquire.
- Minimum of one-year private practice experience
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a flexible attitude
- The ability to work and contribute to a team environment as well as autonomy.
- Self-motivated to increase practice revenue and satisfaction.
- Strong compassion, care, and respect for patients
