California Hearing Aid Center is a successful, established practice with multiple locations in California.  They are seeking an experienced, full-time hearing instrument specialist who will be responsible for hearing evaluations and fittings, follow-up care and providing the patient with the best solution for their hearing loss and lifestyle. They are looking for a self-sufficient, talented hearing professional to run the operations of this office, which is located in the San Jose area.  This outstanding hearing aid practice has many years of experience in the industry and has built up a reputation that soars past the competition.  This position offers a competitive salary based on your level of performance.

You Will:

• Fit and dispense hearing aids and recommend proper assistive devices according to patient needs
• Create the best patient journey for the customer through counseling and instruction
• Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, tests, and/or examinations
• Networking with Doctors and other Hearing Professionals in the community

You Will Need:

• Education: Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in the state of California
• CA licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Experience: 2+ years of experience dispensing hearing aids preferred
• Experience with hearing evaluations and fittings
• Self-Sufficient, competent, confident and patient
• Good problem solving skills, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
