You Will:

• Fit and dispense hearing aids, and recommend proper assistive devices according to patient needs
• Create the best patient journey for the customer through counseling and instruction
• Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, tests, and/or examinations
• Network with those in the community

You Will Need:

• Education: Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist
• Florida licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Experience: 2+ years of dispensing experience preferred
• Experience programming hearing aids, performing evaluations, and fittings
• Competent, confident and patient
• Good problem solving skills, analytical abilities, organizational and interpersonal skills required
