Lampe & Kiefer HA Center located in Sebring, FL is seeking a full-time Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our growing team! We are a team-oriented practice that highly values providing a strong patient experience and bringing forth new and innovative ideas to better serve the patient. We provide a full range of services to the patient, and pride ourselves in our work. The qualified candidate will be responsible for full hearing assessments, hearing instrument fittings, and providing top-quality patient care. The right candidate will have a proven track record in hearing instrument sales, an excellent history in patient care, and a willingness to work in a team environment. 

You will:

• Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, tests, and/or examinations
• Fit and dispense hearing aids and recommend proper assistive devices according to patient needs
• Must have Florida dispensing license and begin to work right away with little to no supervision or direction

You will need:

• Must have FL dispensing license or the ability to obtain
• Professional Experience: 3 + years of experience dispensing hearing instruments preferred
• Must be self-motivated, sales aptitude, self-starter, and can manage time effectively
