    Starkey is seeking a professional customer focused Customer Relations Audiologist skilled in verbal and written communication, patient troubleshooting and problem solving.  You will be responsible for handling challenging calls from accounts and occasionally from consumers for technical and non-technical issues, regarding hearing instruments and related products and services.  This fast paced position is responsible for supporting computer software, hardware, and training to maximize the tools the Starkey has available. Open to remote or onsite Audiology support. Must be able to work the hours of 10:30am - 7pm (CDT)

    You will:

    • Answer incoming calls requesting an Audiologist
    • Work internally with various departments to problem solve and resolve issues
    • Use Audiology on demand and other online resources to research and resolve audiological and technical issues.

    You will need:

    • Education: Masters degree or AuD in Audiology required
    • Minimum 2-year Clinical Audiology experience required
    • Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
    • Hearing aid dispensing background required
