Audiologist OR Hearing Instrument Specialist - Fort Worth, TX
Fort Worth, TX
Full Time | Audiology Private Practice
This successful private practice out in the Fort Worth, TX area has a unique opportunity for a talented Hearing Professional who prides themselves in the service they provide their patients. This business has a set of core values that they protect & project. They believe in the patient experience, and everything matters. They believe courtesy should not be based upon the size of one’s wallet. They believe in hanging a lantern on their problems, and going beyond the status quo. They believe in pushing themselves to do things better, and at times, do things differently. They believe in staying small…while growing BIG. They believe in doing what’s right, even when no one is looking. They believe in igniting emotional attachments with patients. They believe that good is the enemy of GREAT, and that a positive attitude is a choice. They believe there is only so much you can learn from a book. If you also believe in these ideas, this might be a great opportunity for you.
Position Description:
Is your goal to build long-term relationships with your patients and enjoy making a high income doing it?
Do you want to be a part of a team where you are valued and appreciated?
Is the latest in equipment and methodologies important to you?
We are seeking an individual that has interest in joining a high-energy group that is focused on earning success one interaction at a time. We are committed to creating an office environment that positions each patient to release their problem to you. Each hearing healthcare professional works in a state of the art facility with cutting edge equipment and resources. As a Jones team member working in one of our locations you will perform comprehensive hearing aid evaluations. Specifically, you will work to overcome patient objections and overcome their denial of their hearing loss, you will utilize objective and subjective outcome measurements to verify the benefit that each patient receives with hearing aids, and you will tap into your meticulous organizational skills to document and maintain customer charts and monitor customers’ progress.
Our Team:
The people we work with do not embrace the status quo. We constantly push for reinvention. Our attitude and actions have great potential to make patients feel something; Delighted. Special. Proud. Grateful. Connected. Our Patient Care Coordinators (PCC) undergo an intensive screening process involving personality profile assessments, social style assessments, and emotional intelligent assessments to ensure we start with the right fit for our model. Each PCC receives regular phone support to ensure that they are maximizing every opportunity to get people in the door so that you have the opportunity to lift the burden of hearing impairment. Our leadership team is comprised of highly engaged individuals who are dedicated to coaching our entire staff of audiologists and hearing aid specialists not only on issues relating to the ear and hearing loss, but testing and fitting techniques, how to overcome patient objections and their denial of their hearing loss, and methodologies for improving hearing aid performance. We operate under an aggressive four tiered marketing plan that includes television, direct mail, newspaper inserts, and internet. All of our marketing decisions are based on empirical evidence, careful study and market analysis. Our team thinks and speaks in positive words, we dedicate ourselves and work hard, we do what we say we are going to do and follow up, we sacrifice individual gain for the greater good, we continually pursue personal and professional development, we work to find the best way, not necessarily our own way, we genuinely show that we care, we attend to the details, we seek first to understand then to be understood, and most importantly…we serve with passion, purpose and excellence.
