    The Regional Business Manager is the lead relationship for our Starkey Hearing Alliance (SHA) customers. This position is responsible for being the “boots on the ground” business consultant for SHA customers. This position is responsible for developing and growing our customer’s business by helping them to implement network resources, initiatives, and programs. The position requires focus on customer relationship building and outlining financial performance measures for customers to ensure that they have healthy and balanced organization.  The main focus will be utilizing the available tools to continually create stronger customers within the Network.  The success of these efforts will be realized in customer unit growth, customer profitability and a healthy Accounts Receivable with Starkey Hearing Technologies.  The RBM will also be responsible for the monitoring and renewal of our customer SHA agreements. Position will require daily, weekly and monthly tracking of customer communication and involvement. It is necessary in this position to keep up to date on new products, competitive information and current market trends. The RBM is also responsible for on-boarding new members to our Network. This is a “hybrid” position that requires 70% travel and 30% office.

     

    This position is remote. The territory this position is responsible for is Pennsylvania, Ohio, and parts of West Virginia.

    You will:

    • Communicating with our Network, in their offices, on what our value is as a Network.  This has many facets but inclusion in the Earned Excellence program surmises our efforts to help support and grow a stronger business owner.
    • Influence our customers toward ‘best practice’ implementation in their offices including marketing objectives, sales and retention strategies, goal setting and financial benchmarking, etc.
    • Grow our membership of desired customers by proper recruitment techniques.
    • It is crucial to take a leadership role within the ‘Sales’ department.  Candidate must communicate constantly with the Sales group the programs within the department, along with the improvements, updates, status of events, etc.
    • Develop, track, and coach each owner on an annual business plan and goal setting.

     

     

    You will need:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business related field. Doctorate of Audiology or Hearing Instrament Specialitst certification is a plus
    • 5 Basic knowledge years of industry experience in Sales, Marketing and Business.
    • Experience in the hearing industry is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
    • Ability to organize and execute a business plan.
    • Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
