Live Better Hearing is a successful practice with multiple locations in VA and MD.  They are seeking a talented, full-time Hearing Professional to serve the needs of their patients in their Richmond, VA location.  They are seeking a talented, full-time hearing professional who will be responsible for diagnostics and reporting, hearing aid fittings, follow-up care, and providing their patients with the best solution for their hearing loss and lifestyle.  They are looking for a hardworking, team oriented professional to make a difference, and change the lives of every patient that enters their practice.  This position offers a competitive salary, paid vacation and sick days, as well as healthcare benefits including medical and simple IRA.

You will:

• Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
• Recommend and fit proper hearing devices according to patient needs including verification
• Create the best journey for the patient through superb counseling and instruction

You will need:

• Education: Master’s or Doctorate Level Degree in Audiology OR Hearing Instrument Specialist License
• Virginia dispensing licensure or eligibility for licensure
• They are open to a varying number of years of experience. Finding the right fit is most important
  • Open to recent graduates
• Experience with hearing evaluations and fittings required
• Self-Sufficient, team-player, hardworking, competent, confident and patient

• Good problem solving skills, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
