Question

How can I download auditory processing CDs into my audiometer?

Answer

To load your CDs onto your GSI audiometer, please reach out to your local distributor for a letter of ownership. This letter states that you own this CD and the right to change formats. Once you have completed the letter, you will send it, along with the CD and score sheets, to GSI. Within a few weeks, we will return the original CD along with a new USB drive to plug into your audiometer for upload. The next time you go to use your audiometer, the tests from your CD will now show up with the standard word lists.
