Question
What is the most current software available from Sonic?
Answer
We have recently launched EXPRESSfit 2012 which supports our newest miniRIC product, Flip, as well as our Varicom products (US market only).
Question: Can I program all Sonic products in this version of software?
Answer: At this point, EXPRESSfit is used to program the Flip Series as well as the Varicom Series. You can install this as a NOAH module or are welcome to use it as a Standalone program. All other legacy Sonic products can be programmed using EXPRESSfit 6.4.
Question: What about my old EXPRESSlink? Will that work with the new software?
Answer: With EXPRESSfit 2012, you have 4 options for programming hearing devices - HI-PRO, NOAHlink, nEARcom, and EXPRESSlink3. Unfortunately, the older versions of EXPRESSlink won't work with the new software platform. The good news is that the new EXPRESSlink3 will work with EXPRESSfit 6.4 as it has backwards compatibility.
