Question

How will GSI AMTAS impact audiologists’ jobs?

Answer

GSI AMTAS is going to make us more efficient audiologists. AMTAS is designed to take routine audiometric testing and do it in a way that’s efficient and accurate. For example, if you’re working in an ENT office, you could have one patient start with AMTAS while you’re doing tests with another patient such as OAEs or comprehensive middle-ear analysis. When your AMTAS patient has completed the test, you could then go back and do speech-in-noise testing. AMTAS frees you up to do more of these value-added tests that are going to bring more value to your patients and make everything more efficient in your office.
