Courtney Smith is a clinical audiologist with 18 years of clinical experience in hearing aids, cochlear implants, and bone-anchored hearing device solutions working in both medical and private practice settings. She joined Oticon Medical as their Clinical Trainer in October of 2021. She completed her graduate training at the University of Iowa in 2003.

Dina Panopoulos received her BA in Social Sciences from Cal State San Marcos, and her Doctorate in Audiology from A.T. Still University. Her clinical experience includes ENT/private practice settings, focused on diagnostic audiometric evaluations, electrophysiology, vestibular testing, as well as fitting amplification devices. She has also worked in manufacturing as a Therapy Consultant, which included clinical and surgical support of a BAHS product. In her role as the Clinical Territory Manager for the Southwest region, she is focused on sales, as well as clinical and surgical support.
