Lori Dugan is the National Sales Manager at Philips Hearing Solutions. She received her Masters in Audiology in 1999 from the University of Pittsburgh and her Au.D. in 2010 from AT Still University. She has worked in various clinical environments in Pennsylvania throughout her career in addition to working as an account manager for several different hearing aid manufacturers. She has experience leading and growing audiology departments and working across departments to solve problems and enhance customer relationships. She began her current role as a sales manager at Philips in March 2024.

Lisa Huston is the Key Account Manager for the Mountain Region at Philips Hearing Solutions, based in Bishop, CA. Lisa began her Demant career in 2015 as a commercial Account Manager, then moved to the Government Services team in 2022. She earned her Bachelor’s in Speech Pathology & Audiology at Loyola University of Maryland in 2008 and her Doctorate in Audiology in 2012 from the University of Texas at Dallas. Lisa completed her externship in Audiology at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. Prior to joining the manufacturing world, Lisa worked as a clinical audiologist and hearing aid dispenser in an ENT setting in Phoenix. Lisa's past clinical and industry experience offers a wealth of knowledge that she can share through training and support of Costco Hearing Centers’ hearing care providers.
