She initially earned a Bachelor’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from St. Joseph's University following her Master’s in Audiological Sciences from University College London, and a Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Still University. Professionally, Krysta has served in various capacities across the UK and the US, including roles in clinical, research and dispensing audiology. This has spanned her expertise across medical sales, program development, education and remote care in both the geriatric and pediatric populations.

Lori Dugan is the National Sales Manager for SBO Hearing US, Inc. She received her Master’s in Audiology in 1999 from the University of Pittsburgh and her Au.D. in 2010 from AT Still University. She has worked in various clinical environments in Pennsylvania throughout her career in addition to working as an account manager for several different hearing aid manufacturers. She has experience leading and growing audiology departments as well as working across departments to solve problems and enhance customer relationships. She began her current role as a sales manager at Philips in March 2024.
