Rhetzie Felton is the Manager of the Reimbursement Services Department at AB. Rhetzie has been with AB for 26 years, working across multiple areas to support healthcare reimbursement for cochlear implants and CI replacement equipment. When she began her role, cochlear implants were not a covered benefit under many health plans. Rhetzie helped play a role in supporting efforts to have cochlear implants to be included as a covered benefit on various health insurance policies. Rhetzie is based at AB headquarters in Valencia, California.
