In this two-part series, we will briefly review telemedicine and tele-audiology basics, history and current research. Discussion of current practice in both diagnostics and rehabilitation will be covered and case examples for how these types of services are provided in remote and isolated locations. This course will include demonstrations and practical examples for various types of services provided in remote and isolated locations. Lastly, basic foundations for building a telehealth program will be reviewed.
