An exciting opportunity is available for a Patient Care Coordinator to join a brand-new, privately owned audiology practice opening in Bullhead City, AZ. This is a unique chance to be part of a practice from the very beginning, working alongside the owners to help create an exceptional patient experience while building a welcoming and efficient office.
Whether you already have experience in audiology or are bringing transferable skills from another medical office or customer service role, we encourage motivated, organized, and compassionate individuals to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of the practice. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining accurate patient records using Sycle practice management software
- Assisting with insurance verification and patient paperwork
- Coordinating front office workflow and supporting day-to-day administrative operations
- Working closely with the practice owners and Office Manager to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Who We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an audiology or medical office is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of medical insurance and billing is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service experience and a willingness to learn
