Remote Vestibular Audiologist

SH Audiology is seeking a Remote Vestibular Audiologist to support our growing diagnostic services team. In this role, you'll review and interpret vestibular testing data, including VNG studies, and provide timely, accurate reports to support patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
This position is ideal for an experienced audiologist who enjoys diagnostic interpretation, has a strong understanding of vestibular disorders, and values collaborating with physicians and clinical teams while working remotely.
What You'll Do
- Review and interpret VNG and other vestibular diagnostic test results
- Prepare clear, concise, and clinically sound diagnostic reports
- Identify findings that may require additional testing, medical evaluation, or specialist referral
- Collaborate with physicians, audiologists, and clinical staff regarding patient results and recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all applicable clinical and regulatory standards
- Support quality assurance initiatives and best practices in vestibular diagnostics
- Participate in case discussions as needed to support patient care
Compensation & Workload
- $60 per completed report
- Estimated time commitment: approximately 45 minutes per report
- Expected volume: 10+ reports per week
- Flexible remote schedule with the ability to complete reports independently while meeting turnaround expectations
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from an accredited program
- Active Audiology license in good standing. California, Oregon or Florida license preferred
- Experience interpreting vestibular diagnostic testing, including VNG
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent written communication and report-writing abilities
- Experience working with electronic medical records and remote technology platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an ENT or neurotology practice
- Experience with additional vestibular testing modalities
- Tele-audiology experience
- California Audiology license or ability to obtain licensure
- Knowledge of Medicare and commercial payer documentation requirements
