What You Will Do

As a Hearing Aid Dispenser at The Hearing Aid Office, you will provide patient‑focused hearing aid services, including:

Hearing Aid Services

• Conduct hearing screenings and discuss results with patients.

• Perform hearing aid evaluations to determine appropriate technology based on lifestyle, budget, and communication needs.

• Fit, program, and dispense hearing aids using best‑practice protocols.

• Provide follow‑up care including adjustments, counseling, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Patient Care & Support

• Offer hands‑on device maintenance (cleanings, repairs, reprogramming).

• Educate patients and families on hearing loss, device use, and communication strategies.

• Provide custom earmold fittings, specialty hearing protection, and accessory support.

• Maintain thorough patient records and ensure smooth, supportive patient experiences.
