What You Will Do
As a Hearing Aid Dispenser at The Hearing Aid Office, you will provide patient‑focused hearing aid services, including:
Hearing Aid Services
Conduct hearing screenings and discuss results with patients.
Perform hearing aid evaluations to determine appropriate technology based on lifestyle, budget, and communication needs.
Fit, program, and dispense hearing aids using best‑practice protocols.
Provide follow‑up care including adjustments, counseling, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Patient Care & Support
Offer hands‑on device maintenance (cleanings, repairs, reprogramming).
Educate patients and families on hearing loss, device use, and communication strategies.
Provide custom earmold fittings, specialty hearing protection, and accessory support.
Maintain thorough patient records and ensure smooth, supportive patient experiences.
