About the Opportunity
This position is primarily based in the Grand Junction office, with occasional travel to nearby locations. You’ll work alongside a supportive, highly collaborative team that prioritizes clinical excellence and patient education. The ideal candidate is someone who takes time to truly understand each patient’s needs and crafts customized, evidence-based solutions.
Comprehensive Clinical Scope Includes
- Full audiological diagnostics (comprehensive audiometry, OAEs, tympanometry)
- Tinnitus management and sound sensitivity assessments
- Cognitive care integration, including discussions on hearing loss and dementia connections
- Opportunity to work with cochlear implants and BAHA

Western Colorado Hearing Clinic believes in practicing audiology the right way: patient-first, ethically grounded, and outcomes-driven.
Qualifications:
- Au.D. or equivalent degree in Audiology (eligible for Colorado licensure)
- 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply!)
- Genuine passion for patient-centered care
- Interest in cognitive health and hearing loss connections
- Experience or interest in cochlear implants, BAHA, or balance testing is a plus
