Mid to Senior level Sales Representative
Persona Medical is seeking an experienced, high-performing Business Development Manager to drive national B2B sales of our premium hearing aids and custom hearing solutions. In this corporate-level role, you will focus on expanding our footprint across independent hearing aid centers, audiologist practices, retail chains, and regional dispensing networks throughout the USA. The ideal candidate brings deep industry relationships, an understanding of hearing technology, and a proven track record of closing wholesale dispensing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- National Account Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and pitch Persona Medical hearing technology, custom earmolds, and hearing solutions to prospective hearing aid centers and clinic owners nationwide.
- Relationship & Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and product demonstrations to account onboarding, staff training, and long-term retention.
- Consultative B2B Selling: Partner with practice owners and audiologists to demonstrate how our hearing aid lines and wholesale pricing structures add value, improve patient outcomes, and increase clinic margins.
- Market & Territory Strategy: Analyze market trends, monitor competitor positioning, and execute strategic outreach plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.
- Trade Shows & Field Support: Represent Persona Medical at major industry events (e.g., AAA, IHS, regional conferences) and conduct on-site or virtual product presentations for clinical staff.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate lead tracking, account status, and forecasting data in Act! CRM to ensure transparent sales pipeline visibility.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years of successful B2B sales or business development experience within the hearing healthcare industry (hearing aid manufacturer, medical device, or wholesale dispensing).
- Industry Acumen: Strong familiarity with hearing aid technologies, dispensing practices, and the business operations of independent hearing healthcare clinics.
- Sales Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding wholesale revenue quotas, expanding territories, and negotiating B2B contracts.
- Communication & Travel: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel nationwide (up to 30–40%) for industry conferences, client visits, and training.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and office applications for account tracking and reporting.
