- Assist providers with patient flow, hearing aid appointments, and daily office operations
- Support hearing aid cleanings, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance
- Prepare equipment and rooms for patient appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong patient relationships
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up communication
- Work closely with a collaborative and supportive clinical team
