A well-established, family-owned hearing healthcare practice is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team in the Marion, IL area. With multiple locations and a new pediatric program on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career.
Position Highlights:
Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours
Provide diagnostics, patient counseling, and hearing aid fittings
Opportunity to help build a pediatric program
Travel to multiple clinic locations in Southern Illinois (mileage reimbursed)
Strong support staff for seamless patient care and administrative ease
Open to new graduates—mentorship and training provided!
Compensation & Benefits:
Audiologist Compensation: $100,000 base salary + commission (15% of private pay sales exceeding $125,000 per quarter)
Hearing Aid Specialists Compensation: Competitive base + performance incentives
$15,000 signing bonus

Healthcare coverage reimbursement
3 weeks PTO + paid holidays
CEU reimbursement: $1,000/year
Professional fees reimbursement: $500/year
Malpractice insurance covered
