A well-established, award-winning hearing healthcare group is seeking a dedicated provider in the Chillicothe, MO area to serve patients, offering a unique opportunity to build strong, lasting relationships in a supportive small-town environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine hearing diagnostics for adult patients
- Provide patient counseling, expectation management, and follow-up care
- Fit and dispense hearing aids
- Manage ongoing care with a focus on long-term patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with on-site Patient Care Coordinator
- Support occasional float coverage within the group’s office network
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and profit sharing potential – high earners exceed $100k
- Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 3% employer match (after probation)
